Privacy policy
This is a static information website. We keep data processing to the minimum needed to run the site, use no cookies, and use no cross-site tracking. This notice explains what is processed and on what legal basis under the EU GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD, Ley Orgánica 3/2018).

02Hosting & server logs
The site is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.). When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version (user agent), the referring page, and the date and time of the request, in order to deliver the site and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website). A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider; where servers are located outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
03Analytics: Umami (self-hosted)
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web-analytics tool that we self-host (EU region). Umami helps us understand aggregate usage of the site. Specifically, it:
- uses no cookies and does not require a consent banner;
- does not store your IP address (an in-memory hash is used to count unique visits and is discarded);
- does not track you across other websites;
- collects only aggregated, non-identifying metrics such as page views, referrer, approximate country, and device/browser type.
No personal data is stored through analytics. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate usage to improve the site).
04Cookies, fonts & third parties
This site sets no cookies. Fonts are self-hosted; no requests are made to Google Fonts or other third-party font services. There are no contact forms, no social-media plugins, and no advertising on this site.
05Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD, www.aepd.es) or another competent supervisory authority.
